CE Process

How to Claim CE

1.  Attend/participate in the educational sessions that offer your type of credit (see https://vendome.swoogo.com/2018-rx-summit/Session_CE) and review all course materials.

  • NOTE: Be sure to scan your badge in every session to record your attendance.

  • NOTE: Georgia Bar members and Georgia peace officers must sign the attendance sheet in every session for which they want to claim credit from the Georgia Bar/Georgia POST. No other participants need to sign attendance sheets.
TIP: You can download and print a spreadsheet of all sessions for your credit type at www.cmeuniversity.com starting April 5. This may help you track the sessions for which you will be claiming credit. This is available only as a guide for you and is not a required document to complete.

2.  Complete electronic evaluation forms by 11:59 pm ET on May 5, 2018, as follows:

A.  Direct your browser to www.cmeuniversity.com to complete your evaluation and print your own statements of completion. The online evaluation process will open April 5, 2018.

B.  Under the Member Login section, click on the link “Create New Account.” You will be directed to a new page. Under the section labeled “New Users,” type in your email and a desired password and click on the button “Create Account.” You will be asked to set up your profile on this next screen.

C.  Once your profile is complete and you have clicked the “Save” button at the bottom of the screen, under Course Links, click on “Find Post-test/Evaluation by Course” and search by the appropriate Course ID:
* Members of the Georgia Bar are not required to complete the electronic evaluation. Lawyers who want a certificate to request CLE in another state should complete the electronic evaluation.
** For professions not listed, follow the AMA instructions and select “other” to obtain an attendance certificate that shows the activity was designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM . You may present this to your CE governing body to obtain credit for your participation.
D.  Based upon the type of credit you are claiming, a list of sessions will appear. Click on the session(s) that you want to claim for credit. You must complete an evaluation for each session you are claiming credit. Upon successfully completing the activity evaluation, your certificate will be made available immediately.

E.  For Nurses, Dentists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Health Educators and Addiction Professions: Upon registering and completing the activity evaluation form, you will be provided a PDF worksheet to calculate credit/contact hours for sessions attended and to self-report maximum credit obtained.

F.  For Pharmacists: You have up to 30 days to complete the evaluation and claim credit for participation so that information can be submitted to CPE Monitor as required. Please complete the evaluation on www.cmeuniversity.com. On the navigation menu, click on “Find Post-test/Evaluation by Course” and search by course ID 12577. Upon registering and completing the activity evaluation, your transcript information will be sent to the NABP CPE Monitor Service.
