Ben Cort is business development manager for the Center for Addiction Recovery and Rehabilitation (CeDAR), part of the University of Colorado Health system. Sober since 1996, Cort is a junior fellow at the University of Florida’s Drug Policy Institute and serves on the boards of Project SAM (Smart Approaches to Marijuana) and the Stout Street Foundation. From 2007 to 2012, he helped start, sat on the board of, and was the first full-time employee of Phoenix Multisport, a nonprofit that builds sober communities around sport and healthy activities. Until 2007, Cort was a director at an S&P 500 firm.

Steven Millette, MS, LAC, Executive Director, CeDAR-UCH
 

Steve Millette has 25 years experience in the behavioral health and addiction services recovery field in the roles of clinician, trainer, supervisor and administrator. His competencies include clinical best practice implementation, treatment innovation, 12-step recovery programming and organizational leadership and development. He previously served as the Executive Director of Treatment Services at Pavillon International in North Carolina, a nationally known center for the treatment of addictions and related mental health disorders. In addition, Mr. Millette has held top administrative positions at prominent treatment facilities within the state of Florida, including Hanley-Hazelden. He received his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Assumption College and his master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Nova University. Mr. Millette is a licensed mental health and addiction counselor.

 
Mary Ryan Woods, RNC, LADC, MSHS, CEO, WestBridge
 
Mary is the Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer of WestBridge and a member of the leadership team. She is also a Registered Nurse and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor with more than 20 years experience in substance abuse services and community mental health programs. She received her nursing diploma from St. Joseph’s Hospital School of Nursing in Elmira, NY, her Bachelor’s Degree in Human Service Administration from Springfield College in Massachusetts. Mary has conducted extensive workshops and trainings with a primary focus in Motivational Interviewing, Stages of Change Theory and Integrated Treatment of Co-occurring Disorders. In addition, Mary has provided consultation services to Serenity Place – NH, Ohio County Boards and Camden and Islington Health  Trust, UK. She is also a contributor to the development of the Integrated Dual Disorders Treatment Practitioners and Clinical Supervisors Workbook and Practice Demonstration Video. Mary is the Chairperson of the NH State Board of Licensing for Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professionals. She has been a member of the NH Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselor’s Association since 1984, and has served as the Northeast Regional Vice President for the NAADAC, the Association of Addiction Professionals from 1998 – 2002. She is the past president of NAADAC.
