Chris Grieco currently serves as the Fort Drum Regional Health Planning (FDRHPO) Chief Information Security Officer. He graduated from Clarkson University with a B. S. in Information Systems and Business Processes. His past experience working as a Systems\Network Administrator and Security Officer in an established global corporate IT environment and in a smaller business environment has provided him with a well-rounded IT skillset. During his over 10 years of working in the IT field he has successfully managed IT projects involving a vast variety of system implementations, business acquisition integrations, as well as performing IT Security Risk Assessment, Auditing, and mitigation initiatives.

Mark Hagland has been Editor-in-Chief of Healthcare Informatics (www.healthcare-informatics.com) since January 2010. Prior to that, he was Contributing Editor and then Senior Contributing Editor to the magazine, for over ten years. He has spent a quarter century in the health care publishing field, as a writer, editor, public speaker, and author. He has won numerous national and regional journalism awards, and is the author of two books on healthcare quality and efficiency: Paradox and Imperatives in Health Care (2008, with Jeffrey C. Bauer, Ph.D.) and Transformative Quality: The Emerging Revolution in Health Care Performance (2009). He holds a master's degree in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

Reg has been practicing security for nearly two decades. Reg brings a thought-provoking perspective to the industry and strives to promote awareness, security "thinking" and practical application of security fundamentals.
Reg attended RPI in Troy, NY, and is a certified CISSP, CISM, CISA and ITIL. Reg is a fellow of the National Cybersecurity Institute, serves on numerous security association boards and is currently an advisor to several educational institutions focusing on cybersecurity. Reg is a nationally-recognized speaker and has presented at countless industry and security events, including BSides, ISSA, ISC2, ISACA and InfraGard. In 2017, Reg was named cybersecurity consultant of the year for all of North America by the Cybersecurity Excellence Awards. Reg is a contributor to numerous security publications and has co-authored several books on cybersecurity awareness.
Mr. Noga holds an MS Degree in Biomedical Computing and Information Processing and a BS degree in Medical Technology both from the Ohio State University. He is an active member of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives and the Health Information and Management Systems Society.
Vice President
Ryan is also a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves serving on the Computer Network Defense team within the Special Operations Command where he has oversight of Network Defense strategy/operations and the Cyber Protection Teams. He is a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom where he received a Bronze Star Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal.
His career began at IBM’s General Technology Division, after he earned his PhD in quantum chemistry. At IBM he worked in optimization, mathematical modeling and data analysis; work that led to a doubling of memory chip yields for mainframes. Michael also spent time at IBM’s T. J. Watson Research Labs, in the AI department, engaged in research in machine learning.
Michael is a natural interpreter of information. As a manager and executive consultant for the IBM Consulting group, his duties included translating mathematical results into effective business strategies for major banks and financial institutions. Later, as Senior Vice President for Strategic Information at First USA Bank, Michael established a database to better determine customer preferences.
In 2000, he founded Michael Rothman & Associates to focus on data analysis and product development through consulting, patent filing and joint ventures. Projects have included developing a system generating customized discharge forms for hospitals, helping determine cash flow and profitability for a pharmaceutical company’s newly introduced drugs, and pro bono work analyzing mortality data for a guide dog school.
Michael earned an ScB and ScM in Chemistry from Brown University, and went on to earn a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Michigan.
Leo has worked at the interagency level as a co-chair of the Identity Credential and Access Management sub-committee of the Information Security and Identify Management Committee (ISIMC), and as a tri-chair of the ISIMC. He is co-chair of the Government Advisory Council of the International Information System Security Certification Consortium (ISC2), and government chair of the ACT-IACT Cybersecurity Community of Interest.
Prior to joining HHS, Leo served as the CISO for the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) from 2005 to 2015. While at NARA, he put in place and matured the agency IT Security Program and the Insider Threat program. He came to federal service from the private sector where he developed cybersecurity programs as a federal contractor and in the telecommunications industry.
