ADA Support / Disability Accommodation

The Summit for Clinical Excellence is designed with accessibility in mind, and in accordance with the ADA of the amended United States Rehabilitation Act. Cancellation Policy: All requests for refunds must be in writing and received within 30 days of registration. A $50 administrative fee will be assessed for cancellations received within 30 days of registration. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after 30 days from registration or within 30 days of the conference. Persons who register and fail to attend will not receive a refund.
