Mioduski is one of the firm’s founding partners and co-leads the health practice at Cornerstone Government Affairs, where he assists non-profit public health associations, coalitions, healthcare providers and for-profit companies with federal appropriations, authorizing legislation and general representation. Mioduski served 11 years as a senior professional staff member of the Committee on Appropriations in the U.S. House of Representatives, primarily on the Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, the last five years of which he was the Democratic clerk. During his tenure on the Appropriations Committee. Mioduski also served on the Interior Subcommittee. Waggener has served in privately held, publicly traded, not-for-profit, for-profit, rural, urban, community-based, facility-centric, large and small organizations committed to serving individuals and families struggling with mental health and substance use disorders. As a licensed clinical social worker and as a distinguished fellow in the American College of Healthcare, Waggener has driven change in individuals and in organizations with a motto to “keep your idealism practical.” Most recently Waggener served as the vice president of addiction services for Universal Health Services, a $10 billion hospital and healthcare company. Prior to that he served as the CEO of Foundations Recovery Network, a national multi-site treatment company serving adults and families struggling with co-occurring disorders. Waggener led Foundations for over 12 years through three external mergers and acquisitions, while driving internal growth primarily through organic and de novo channels.

Kris Washington began his career at McCann-Erickson Worldwide, where he helped brands including AT&T Business Services, Motorola, and 1-800-FLOWERS.com produce effective advertising campaigns. To learn the exploding business of interactive advertising, Washington moved to Boston’s Circle.com where he headed the Verizon business. While at Circle, Washington worked to make the Verizon business an example of seamless online/offline integration. He then moved to Holland Mark Advertising where he directed the Polaroid and Teradyne accounts. He formed Psynchronous in June of 2002.
