Rev. Leo Booth is a Unity minister and has served for the past 35 years in the addiction field as a spiritual advisor and addiction counselor.  Currently he is involved with Santé Center for Healing in Argyle, Texas, and New Found Life in Long Beach, California.  Booth also speaks at addiction conferences and churches of all denominations across the country. Sherry Daley, MIM
Sherry Daley is a leading governmental advocate in California where she has been instrumental in policy development for the alcohol/drug addiction profession for more than 20 years. Her experience in law and regulation includes engagement in crafting and implementing the state’s coverage for substance use disorder benefits under the Affordable Care Act; enforcement of the state’s parity laws; strengthening regulation of licensed and certified facilities; developing new regulation for certified counselors; and procuring the nation’s highest dedicated taxation revenue for treatment from any legal marijuana initiative to date. Daley is published in several industry publications including, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Weekly, Counselor Magazine, and the CCAPP Weekly Dispatch. She also wrote and produced Crossroads Centere Antigua’s quarterly publication for Eric Clapton’s renowned facility.  Daley has a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and currently serves as Planning Commission Chair for a city south of Sacramento, California.
Pamela H. Harmell, PhD
Dr. Harmell is a national lecturer specializing in legal and ethical issues in clinical practice. A professor at the Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, she has written extensively in professional publications on ethical practice. Dr. Harmell is a former chair of the California Psychological Association State Ethics Committee, and is the current co-chair of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association Ethics Committee. She served on the Board of Directors of the California Psychological Association, and she is a past-president of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association. 
Christopher La Tourette La Riche, MD
Christopher La Tourette La Riche, MD, psychiatrist, addiction psychiatrist, psychotherapist, psychopharmacologist, is the founding medical director of Lucida Treatment Center, under Elements Behavioral Health as well as an assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences at Florida International University. La Tourette La Riche is double board-certified (American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology) in adult psychiatry and addiction psychiatry. He is an expert psycho-pharmacologist, award-winning psychotherapist and an international educator on addiction and the neuroscience of trauma and mood disorders. He received his undergraduate degree from Yale University in Comparative Literature, a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s department of applied linguistics and is a fluent speaker of six languages.
Noah Levine, MA
Noah Levine, author of Dharma Punx, Against the Stream, The Heart of the Revolution and Refuge Recovery, is a Buddhist teacher, author and counselor. He has created a Buddhist approach to addiction recovery called Refuge Recovery, that includes peer lead meetings as well as a professional treatment center. He is also the founding teacher of Against the Stream Buddhist Meditation Society, with centers in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Nashville, and over 20 affiliated groups around North America. Dr. Peter Levine is a clinical consultant at The Meadows. Dr. Levine developed Somatic Experiencing, a short-term, naturalistic approach to the resolution and healing of trauma and teaches it all over the globe. Anthony Mele, a licensed psychologist, brings almost 25 years of clinical expertise and executive leadership on both the provider and payer sides of behavioral healthcare. Marc J. Romano is a licensed psychologist, a board-certified advanced registered nurse practitioner specializing in mental health, and a certified addiction professional in Florida. He is also a licensed healthcare risk manager in Florida. Dr. Romano’s areas of expertise include psychiatry, medication management for psychiatric disorders, psychiatric nursing, chemical dependence, psychology, psychologist assessment, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psycho-dynamic therapy, and risk management. He has worked with clients of all ages, from children to the elderly, and in outpatient, inpatient, and residential treatment settings. Dr. Romano is currently employed as the assistant medical director at Ocean Breeze Recovery in Pompano Beach, Florida.
