Charles Hill, MA, CADCII, NCACII
Director of Hill Alcohol and Drug Treatment
 
Mr. Hill has ten years’ experience in the addiction counseling/law enforcement field, in addition to thirty years in addiction treatment.  He and his team have become experts, sought after by insurers like United Healthcare to assist them in the development of their ambulatory detoxification protocol.  His treatment program is the recipient of the United States Behavioral Health's OPTUM AWARD for excellence.
Mr. Hill has provided family court evaluations to the Riverside and Hemet court system for twenty years.  Additionally, he has provided consultation and expert witness testimony in criminal (capital, possession w/ intent), civil (wrongful death, standards of care, labor) cases.
 
Mr. Hill combines advanced education, years of addiction treatment experience with his own personal knowledge of addiction and recovery.  Past clients have commented on his unique ability to simplify difficult cases while gaining the trust of juries and judges.  His understanding of addictive disorders surpasses textbook knowledge and encompasses a street understanding.

He opened and directed his own full service adult and adolescent outpatient treatment program since 1987 and, previously, directed residential and hospital based inpatient programs in New Mexico and Colorado.
Melissa Stevenson, MA, LMFT

Melissa Stevenson, MA, LMFT began her treatment career in San Diego working with homeless veterans who were suffering from mental illness and addiction. Since that time, she has honed her skills by working with individuals, couples, families and groups to foster health and recovery from co-occurring disorders. Melissa has a strong commitment to helping those around her find healing as she believes that recovery is always possible. She has extensive experience working with trauma, psychosis, depression, anxiety and addiction in both for-profit and non-profit mental health programs. She has also worked in mental health primary programs as well as addiction primary with a focus on co-occurring disorders. After becoming licensed as a Marriage and Family therapist in 2011, Melissa held multiple Director roles for programs ranging from San Francisco to San Diego. In many ways, joining the BrightQuest team has been like coming home to Melissa. She feels it has been an honor to get the chance to lead a program that helped her launch not only her career, but also her understanding of therapy.
Rob Brockman, LAADC,ICAADC

Rob believes strongly in treating the whole person: body, mind and spirit. Since 1988, Rob has assisted those struggling to overcome personal challenges associated with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Rob has extensive knowledge and experience in the whole continuum of patient care. He has also worked in outpatient settings over the last 20 years in the role of program director. Rob is thrilled to be part of a progressive organization and multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Rob has been certified by the California Association of Alcohol and Drug Counselors and the National Association of Addictions Counselors since 1994. Rob was trained by the Cenaps Corporation and Terrence Gorski in 1993 as a relapse prevention specialist.
