Siobhan Morse, MHSA, CRC, CAI, MAC

Siobhan Morse holds a master's degree in health services administration from Florida International University. While at FIU, she participated in a number of research projects, including a National Institute of Mental Health/Mental Health Statistic Improvement Project (NIMH/MHSIP) focusing on the severely and persistently mentally ill; United States Departement of Education (USDOE) evaluations; and local evalutions of at-ristk youth. 
 
As an adjunct professor at Florida International University, Morse taught program planning and evaluation from the College of Urban and Public Affairs. She also served as a lead coordinator in the joint United Way, Children Now and Dade Community Foundation Project entitled, "Report Card on the Status of Children's Services in Dade County," where she pioneered the use of report card technologies. 
 
Morese earned her certification as a clinical research coordinator (CRC) from the Associates of Clinical Pharmacology, conducting over 100 clinical trials with major pharmaceutical companies investigating new and promising treatments. She also holds her certifications as an ARISE interventionist and as a master addiction counselor. Morse has several current publications in research journals and has presented at global conferences on substance use and co-occuring disorders. Currently, she serves as voluntary adjunct faculty for Baylor Medical College and is the division director of clinical services for Foundations Recovery Network, the addiction services division of Universal Health Services. 
Samuel A. MacMaster, Ph.D.

Samuel A. MacMaster, Ph.D. is the Cofounder, Executive Vice President, and Chief Clinical Officer at JourneyPure, a treatment provider with nine sites across Tennessee, Kentucky, and Florida.  He is also an Associate Professor of Family and Community Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.   Dr. MacMaster has written three books and over seventy academic articles related to addiction.  He has a long history of working with numerous addiction treatment centers and community-based organizations in the design, development and evaluation of services for substance using populations.
Tammy Stone, LPC, LADAC

Tammy Stone is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) as well as a Licensed Alcohol and Drugs Abuse Counselor (LADAC) and a Qualified Clinical Supervisor. She obtained her Masters Degree from Trevecca Nazarene University in 1995 where she graduated Magna cum Laude. Tammy has also created many workshops and certificate programs for addiction-based certificates at Tennessee State and Fisk Universities. More recently, Tammy led a team to develop a Masters level program with a concentration in Addiction at Lipscomb University in Nashville.
Tammy joined Cumberland Heights in 1992, holding varying positions ranging  from Case Manager to Associate Clinical Officer. She is currently responsible for 6 clinical programs including 5 inpatient programs of gender responsive women’s and men’s programs, as well as young men and youth male programs.
