Shelley Skarda
Vice President, Clinical Operations/Residential Programs at Meridian Behavioral Health
 
Shelley joined Meridian Behavioral Health in 2008 as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). She has held multiple roles at Meridian, and was promoted to her current role in 2016. Shelley has a strong track record as a change agent and leader. She received her B.S. in Human Services with a focus on Alcohol and Drug Counseling from Metropolitan State University. Shelley is passionate about recovery and competition of any kind.
Dr. Greg Hobelmann
Chief Medical Director, Ashley Addiction Treatment
 
Dr. Greg Hobelmann currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer of Ashley Addiction Treatment. In this role, he oversees the medical and nursing staff for both the inpatient and outpatient clinics. He previously served as a staff psychiatrist after completing his psychiatry residency at Johns Hopkins. He has also completed an anesthesiology residency and pain medicine fellowship at Johns Hopkins in 2006 and has a Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. His treatment interests include addiction and chronic pain. Prior to arrival at Ashley Addiction Treatment, he worked as an interventional pain specialist. 
Barbara Lingenfelter
Clinical Director, Serenity Acres Treatment Center
 
Barbara Lingenfelter is the Clinical Director at Serenity Acres Treatment Center in Crownsville, Maryland. She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and she holds a Master’s of Science degree in Pastoral Counseling from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. After spending nearly two decades working in the fields of addictions and mental health counseling, Barbara believes in the resiliency of the human spirit.  Every day, she is witness to people who are finding hope and healing from the crippling disease of addiction; and, she is grateful for the opportunity to join with her clients on their courageous journey towards heart transformation.
