Shannon Kelly, LCDC
Executive Director, Ripple Ranch Recovery at Austin
 
Shannon Kelly’s primary focus as of the past five years has been in the addiction, substance abuse, and mental health arena. She initially obtained her Master’s in Public Administration in 2012. Shannon wanted the education and training in leadership, building systems, management, fundraising and program creation with the focus on helping others through non-profit agencies. Shannon continued her education and focused extensively on the clinical side by working on her Masters in Social Work. Shannon has worked closely with women recovering from substance abuse through owning sober living homes in the Texas Hill Country since 2012. Shannon has focused on helping women rebuild their lives after extensive trauma and suffering. She has worked closely with women who are also co-occurring - dual diagnosis with mental health concerns. Shannon is also a licensed chemical dependency counselor, LCDC.
 
Some primary skills and interventions Shannon has worked with are: crisis intervention, trauma therapy, and mental health stabilization, domestic violence, CBT and DBT interventions, group therapy, ethnographic interviewing, strengths perspective approach, and motivational interviewing. Shannon believes her leadership and clinical skills combined allow a certain awareness that gives a broader perspective when working with crisis and trauma from a multi-dimensional perspective.
 
Shannon has spent several years in management, sales, marketing, training and fundraising on a local and a national level. She has created program development for treatment centers focusing on Wellness and Relapse Prevention.
 Some primary skills that Shannon utilizes for interventions and clinical work are treatments and modalities such as biopsychosocial assessments; one-on-one therapy; trauma-informed care; mindfulness; meditation; mental health stabilization; family therapy; crisis management; teaching, and training. Cultural competency is also an important factor when working with individuals and trauma. Shannon has in-depth training in raising awareness and providing different therapeutic interventions that take cultures and ethnicities into account when creating a treatment plan.
 
Currently Shannon is the Executive Director for Ripple Ranch Recovery at Austin, a subsidiary of University Park Behavioral Health. Ripple Ranch focuses on evidence based, highly clinical care with an innovative approach to care.
Siobhan Morse, M.A., CRC
Division Director of Clinical Services, Foundations Recovery Network
 
Siobhan Morse holds a master’s degree in health services administration from Florida International University. While at FIU, she participated in a number of research projects, including a National Institute of Mental Health/Mental Health Statistic Improvement Project (NIMH/MHSIP) focusing on the severely and persistently mentally ill; United States Department of Education (USDOE) evaluations; and local evaluations of at-risk youth.
 
As an adjunct professor at Florida International University, Morse taught program planning and evaluation for the College of Urban and Public Affairs. She also served as a lead coordinator in the joint United Way, Children Now and Dade Community Foundation Project entitled, “Report Card on the Status of Children’s Services in Dade County,” where she pioneered the use of report card technologies.
 
Morse earned her certification as a clinical research coordinator (CRC) from the Associates of Clinical Pharmacology, conducting over 100 clinical trials with major pharmaceutical companies investigating new and promising treatments. She also holds her certifications as an ARISE interventionist and as a master addiction counselor. Morse has several current publications in research journals and has presented at global conferences on substance use and co-occurring disorders. Currently, she serves as voluntary adjunct faculty for Baylor Medical College and is the division director of clinical services for Foundations Recovery Network, the addiction services division of Universal Health Services.
Satish Narayan, M.D., P.A.

Dr. Satish Narayan is a physician with 18 years of experience providing psychiatric services. He currently holds a position as the Medical Director of PHP at Carrollton Springs and has been in private practice since 2008. He received his medical degree from Bangalore Medical College in 1990. He completed his Residency in Psychiatry at Temple University Hospital in 1998 and became certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in 2000. He is a certified Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation provider. He has a professional membership with the Texas Medical Association and the American Board of Preventative Medicine. Dr. Narayan serves the DFW areas at both of his private practices, Psymed Solutions & Aesthetics located in Plano and Greenville, TX as well as the hospitals Mesa Springs of Fort Worth, TX and Carrollton Springs of Carrollton, TX.
