Mike is a life coach and a licensed Substance Abuse Counselor with a passion for helping parents save a loved one from addiction. His knowledge base comes from experience; a successful career of helping addicts and alcoholics in residential treatment centers since 1988. Mike is a counselor on staff at Calvary Healing Center. Mike is also the founder of PAL, Parents of Addicted Loved-ones, a support group of parents helping parents. Mike is the author of The Four Seasons of Recovery for Parents of Alcoholics and Addicts. His book has been called a "Handbook on recovery from addiction." It is designed to guide parents through the predictable (but often unknown) stages that addicts and alcoholics go through to finally achieve a successful recovery.

Patrick Sullivan, BS, BHT

Patrick received a BA in Creative Writing in 2001 and a BS in Psychology in 2013. Entering the behavioral health field in 2014 with La Frontera in Tucson, he worked with the GMH and SMI population for almost a year before moving to the Hope Center, his agency’s methadone clinic in January, 2015. In addition to duties as a recovery coach, Patrick has spearheaded his clinic’s naloxone prescription program, the first such program at a behavioral health agency in the state of Arizona. After successful implementation, Patrick worked to expand the program to all of La Frontera’s outpatient clinics. Patrick also works as a volunteer with Sonoran Prevention Works, a harm-reduction coalition based in Phoenix.

Anthony Mele, a licensed psychologist, brings almost 25 years of clinical expertise and executive leadership on both the provider and payer sides of behavioral healthcare. Mele’s wide range of clinical expertise includes: the assessment and treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance abuse disorders in adolescents and adults, the use of telehealth to manage chronic medical conditions, and the development of non-pharmacologic interventions for individuals with cognitive impairment.
