Brian P. Sammon is a licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed drug & alcohol counselor, behavior analyst and in the past a certified brain injury specialist. He has been working in substance abuse settings for 22 years and is President of Options Minnesota. Options Minnesota is the parent company for two dual diagnosis programs in Minnesota. Options Family & Behavior services is a dual disorder day treatment program for adolescents with sites in Burnsville and Roseville. River Ridge, LLC is a dual disorder program that is gender specific and trauma responsive with IOP and residential programs in Burnsville and Lakeville.  Brian is active in program design and integrating substance abuse and trauma/mental health issues into program designs. 

Dustin Chapman, LADC

Dustin Chapman has worked in the SUD treatment field since 1973. He received his SUD training at the University of Minnesota Drug Counseling Program in 1975; Heartview Foundation, Mandan, NODAK 1975 – 1977.

 

Chapman has worked as counselor, program administrator and program manager. His current duties include regulatory compliance for 9 state licenses covering 12 programs; community education including parents, community professionals, public safety professionals; certified mental health trainer conducting mental health trainings for non-mental health professionals who may encounter adults or children with MI; guest lecturer University of Minnesota Medical school.

Kris Van Hoof is the Executive Director of Content Innovations and Management for the Publishing division of the Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation, supervising the areas of product and service development and delivery, strategic partnerships, new business development and distribution opportunities, and program training and consultation. She has worked for Hazelden for 23 years, serving in the roles of Trainer, Director of Training, Director of Prevention, General Manager for Hazelden Publishing, and now Executive Director of Content Innovations and Management in Publishing.  She has completed a Master’s degree in Alcohol and other Drug Counseling, and has worked in the field of substance use disorder treatment and prevention for 28 years. 
 
Before joining Hazelden, her work experience has included serving as a senior trainer for the Midwest Regional Center for Drug-Free Schools and Communities at the University of Minnesota, a student assistance program coordinator, a counselor for chemically-dependent adolescents and adults, a family-based interventionist, a university-level instructor, and an independent consultant.
