Dr. Ashish “Ash” Bhatt, MD

Dr. Ashish “Ash” Bhatt, MD, is a Triple Board (TB) certified physician, recognized as a leading psychiatrist and addiction medicine specialist. He is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Child and Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry. He is also board certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Bhatt completed his fellowship at the University of Miami through Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida, where he also served as assistant professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences and as chief and medical director of child and adolescent acute inpatient and emergency crisis services. He has been involved in the academic training of multiple medical and psychiatric fellows, residents and medical students as well as psychology interns and pharmacy interns at the University of Miami. Dr. Bhatt has extensive experience working in substance abuse, psychiatric and dual diagnosis programs for adults and adolescents. With experience in both medical and administrative leadership positions in multiple inpatient, detox, residential and outpatient settings, Dr. Bhatt is highly recognized for his thorough and comprehensive diagnostic evaluation and assessment processes, using the latest in evidence-based treatment approaches to address the needs of patients.
 
Dr. Aldo Morales

Dr. Aldo Morales was born in Havana, Cuba. His interest in pharmacology and addiction stems from his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College of Pharmacy, New Jersey. After studying abroad for his medical degree he returned to New Jersey to complete a four-year Psychiatry residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. Dr. Morales is Board Certified in both Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry. He is a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and is a Charter Member of the American Board of Addiction Medicine. He has served as a consultant to various State agencies and to Major League Baseball.
Dr. Morales is on the adjunct faculty at FAU, Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine in Boca Raton, Florida. He has practiced for more than twenty-five years in Palm Beach and Broward Counties, where he has been an active voice in promoting the message that addiction is a treatable condition, not a moral failing.
An avid musician since his teenage years, when not practicing medicine Dr. Morales can be found sitting in with his buddies from the South Florida music scene.
Siobhan A. Morse, MHSA, CRC, CAI, MAC

Siobhan holds a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Florida International University. While at FIU, she participated in a number of research projects, including a National Institute of Mental Health/Mental Health Statistic Improvement Project (NIMH/MHSIP) focusing on the severely and persistently mentally ill; United States Department of Education (USDOE) evaluations; and local evaluations of at-risk youth. As an adjunct professor at Florida International University, Siobhan taught program planning and evaluation for the College of Urban and Public Affairs. She also served as a lead coordinator in the joint United Way, Children Now and Dade Community Foundation Project entitled, “Report Card on the Status of Children’s Services in Dade County,” where she pioneered the use of report card technologies. Siobhan earned her certification as a clinical research coordinator (CRC) from the Associates of Clinical Pharmacology and conducted over 100 clinical trials with major pharmaceutical companies investigating new and promising treatments. She holds her certifications as an ARISE interventionist and as a master addiction counselor. Siobhan has several current publications in research journals, including indexed PubMed citations. Currently Siobhan is the director of quality and research for Foundations Recovery Network.
Mary Anne Roy, Psy.D, CCS
Chief Clinical Officer, Crossroads
 
Dr. Roy is a licensed psychologist and certified clinical supervisor and received her doctorate in psychology at the Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology.  Her 15-year career in the mental health and addiction field has provided her with the experience and expertise to oversee Crossroads’ outpatient and residential clinical practices at the agency’s four sites.  Dr. Roy often presents throughout the country on gender-responsive addiction treatment for women and has presented as a panelist at various conferences on the topic of addiction treatment.
