Prior to his MBA, Mr. Dorman worked in county and state government in Maryland, as well as on Capitol Hill for Senator Paul Sarbanes and for Senator Al Gore’s vice presidential campaign in 1988. He earned his MBA in finance from the University of Maryland and a bachelor of arts in Political Science from the University of Delaware.

Gina Kilker

Mark Mioduski

Mark Mioduski brings three decades of Washington, D.C., experience, including knowledge of appropriations and policy in the legislative and executive branches, as well as in the private sector. Mioduski is one of the firm’s founding partners and co-leads the health practice at Cornerstone Government Affairs, where he assists non-profit public health associations, coalitions, healthcare providers and for-profit companies with federal appropriations, authorizing legislation and general representation. Mioduski served 11 years as a senior professional staff member of the Committee on Appropriations in the U.S. House of Representatives, primarily on the Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, the last five years of which he was the Democratic clerk. During his tenure on the Appropriations Committee. Mioduski also served on the Interior Subcommittee. Mioduski previously served as a senior budget analyst in the Office of the Secretary at the U.S. Department of the Interior, where he was principally responsible for the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and was a departmental liaison to the House and Senate Committees on Appropriations and the Office of Management and Budget. Mioduski earned a BA in political science and an MPA from the University of Arizona.

Lawrence Moliterno, MBA

Lawrence J. Moliterno serves as President and CEO of Meridian HealthCare, an integrated healthcare organization. With a background in business and 25 years in the nonprofit sector, Moliterno’s area of expertise resides in professional development, marketing and nonprofit leadership. He serves as chairman of the Ohio Alliance of Recovery Providers, which aims to increase access to treatment, seek additional funding resources, and provide a unified voice for the addiction and recovery providers in the state. Moliterno holds a bachelor’s degree in communication and a master’s degree in business administration from Youngstown State University, where he served as an adjunct faculty member. Additionally, he is an elected official in Boardman Township for the last nine years.

Manny Nsien

Manny Nsien MHA, ACHE, is executive director for University Park Behavioral Health. Nsien began his career working as an operations consultant within several emergency rooms across the United States. During his time as an operations consultant, he acquired extensive experience in EHR system implementation, operations management, managerial finance and continuous quality improvement. His primary focus was on improving quality and throughput within the ER and improving patient experience, which led to improved core quality measures, leading to increased hospital reimbursements. Nsien later began working with Elements Behavioral Health, with the focus on utilizing data analytics to improve payer relations, revenue cycle management, treatment outcomes and the patient experience. He has a key specialty in developing strong teams to execute financial objectives while developing a culture that is highly patient-centric. His passion and goal for the behavioral health industry is to reduce the stigma towards treatment and improve patient equity and knowledge on the different modalities of treatment.

Maeve O'Neill

Maeve O’Neill currently works as vice president of compliance for Addiction Campuses where she oversees all regulatory and accreditation efforts for locations nationwide ensuring high quality and safe care. In this role, she has the daily opportunity for staff training and education to build team cohesiveness, implementing best practices, as well as defining and monitoring performance improvement measures throughout the organization. O’Neill is a licensed professional counselor and supervisor with expertise as a licensed chemical dependency counselor. She has worked as a preventionist, counselor, manager, director and executive leader in community organizations, schools, treatment centers as well as private practice settings. Her broad experience with children, adolescents, adults and families has gifted her the opportunity to impact many lives. As a former behavioral health surveyor for The Joint Commission and a long career committed to excellence, O’Neill has a passion for quality client care and safety.

Jay plays a key role in the positioning, packaging, and pricing strategy for all Recovery Brands' services. Lilliam Rodriguez, PhD

Lilliam Rodriguez, PhD, received a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, and master’s and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from the Carlos Albizu University. Additionally, Rodríguez has taught undergraduate courses as adjunct faculty and conducted psychological evaluations in private practice. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Kevin started his career working for large enterprise software companies selling multi-million dollar software applications to midsize organizations and large multi-national firms. After ten years of working in the technology industry, Kevin founded a land development and home building company. He gained invaluable experience running all aspects of the business; including raising money, negotiating and purchasing land, planning & rezoning, permitting and building infrastructure (roads, sewers, water, pool, clubhouse, etc.), building houses, and putting together and executing a marketing plan.

After successfully selling that company to a large publicly traded company in 2010, Kevin has been selling healthcare companies. Kevin has been invited to speak at several national and regional healthcare conferences with topics ranging from the process of selling a healthcare company to maximizing value prior to a sale.

Kris Washington began his career at McCann-Erickson Worldwide, where he helped brands including AT&T Business Services, Motorola, and 1-800-FLOWERS.com produce effective advertising campaigns. To learn the exploding business of interactive advertising, Washington moved to Boston’s Circle.com where he headed the Verizon business. While at Circle, Washington worked to make the Verizon business an example of seamless online/offline integration. He then moved to Holland Mark Advertising where he directed the Polaroid and Teradyne accounts. He formed Psynchronous in June of 2002.
