Kelly Page is an Assistant Special Agent in Charge with the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation. She has worked for the SBI for 17 ½ years. Kelly is currently the supervisor of the SBI’s Clandestine Laboratory Response Unit which is responsible for responding to and dismantling clandestine labs, including methamphetamine labs, and providing personal protective equipment to officers who enter hazardous environments. She has responded to over 600 labs, initially as a forensic chemist and later, as a site safety officer. Kelly also provides training on clandestine laboratories and fentanyl operations for various law enforcement groups, conferences, and associations.
