This presentation will delve into the narcotics laws in the State of Florida, which mimic the Federal laws, as well as the process and partnership between Miami-Dade detectives, detectives, the county police department, and the prosecutors within the county state attorney’s office in the investigation and prosecution of cocaine trafficking cases.
