Since July 2015, James Norton has worked for the Prevention Council of Saratoga County as coordinator for the Partnership for Success. Previously, Norton has held positions in foster care, law enforcement and EMS. He is currently enrolled in a master’s criminal justice program focused on Homeland Security and emergency management at Excelsior College. He holds a BA in Criminal Justice from SUNY Plattsburgh, as well as paralegal and EMT certifications from SUNY Broome.
