This session will be a combination of lecture, discussion and experiential practice. Participants will learn the differences between compassion fatigue, vicarious trauma and burnout. Discover how to recognize stress as an opportunity for positive change and review relevant data. Small group discussion will stimulate sharing of this common experience and fuel ideas for how simple measures can be powerful support and provide positive role modeling in our workplace.
