Jim Gamache is a Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Master Addictions Counselor and has been working in the field of mental health and addiction treatment since 1995. Gamache has served two terms on the board of New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association and is currently an active member of the New Hampshire Disaster Behavioral Response Team since 2004. Previous presentations include the Association for Addictions Professionals, National Conference on Addiction Disorders and locally at the New Hampshire Behavioral Health Conference. He has served as a research clinician for the Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center in studies that focused on cognitive behavioral therapy for PTSD in residential substance abuse treatment settings.
