Tom Baier is a consultant, trainer and clinical supervisor. He serves as adjunct faculty for the Villanova University Certificate Program in Alcohol and Drug Counseling where he was a Program Coordinator for 10 years. He also taught in the Drexel University College of Nursing & Health professions in behavioral health. Baier is the past president of the board of directors for the Pennsylvania Certification Board, where he continues to serve on the board of directors and chairs its education committee and serves on the ethics committee. For four years, he served as the Pennsylvania delegate to the International Credentialing and Reciprocity Consortium and the co-chair for the clinical supervision credential committee. Tom is a recipient of the Lorraine Hinkle Memorial Award for outstanding contributions to the field of drug and alcohol treatment awarded by Villanova University and holds a master’s degree in Human Services. His other credentials include: Licensed Professional Counselor, State Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified Clinical Supervisor.
