Stephanie Taylor, MS
Primary Addictions Therapist at Retreat at Lancaster County
 
With over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field, Stephanie has developed into a dynamic clinician.  Her career began in the treatment of children with Reactive Attachment Disorder, turning her career focus to the importance of family involvement in treatment and recovery.  As an Addictions Therapist, she has specialized in the treatment of women with trauma and has taken risks in addressing family dynamics within this population.  She is currently a Primary Addictions Therapist at Retreat at Lancaster County, specializing in an individualized track for women with substance abuse issues and a history of trauma.  Stephanie also serves Retreat in the role of Family Program Facilitator, where she has been instrumental in developing curriculum and programming for this vital component of Addictions treatment.  Stephanie has presented trainings focusing on topics regarding the role of families in addictions treatment and the impact their interaction with the patient may have on recovery.
 
Timothy Dunnigan
Clinical Outreach Coordinator, Ashley Addiction Treatment

Timothy Dunnigan, LCSW-C, CIP, has been working for Ashley Addiction Treatment since 2008, serving as the Clinical Outreach Coordinator for the Maryland/DC region and as a family counselor in Ashley’s Family Program.  Additionally, Timothy operates a private practice in Baltimore, specializing in substance use disorders and interventions.  From 2006-2008, Timothy worked as an employee assistance counselor for the University of Maryland Medical Center’s EAP.  From 2002-2005, he worked for the Fire Department of New York’s Counseling Services Unit, providing individual, group, and couple’s counseling for firefighters and EMS workers that responded to the World Trade Center on 9/11.  He received his Master’s in Social Work from the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2002; and, his bachelor’s from Loyola University Maryland in 1992.  He currently resides in Ellicott City, MD, with his wife and three children.
Dr. Ann Bruner
Mountain Manor 
 
Dr. Ann Bruner works at Mountain Manor Treatment Center, Baltimore:  a comprehensive treatment program for adolescents and young adults with substance use disorders. Dr. Bruner is a graduate of Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons, and is board certified in Adolescent Medicine and Addiction Medicine after training at Children’s Hospital in Washington DC and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. In addition to her work at Mountain Manor, she is a staff physician at the Johns Hopkins University Student Health and Wellness Center.
