Stephanie leads the JourneyPure marketing team in Tennessee.  Her passion for serving people and offering choices to those on the journey to recovery aligns with Voyage's philosophy. She believes in creating an environment for collaboration with other providers to ensure the be clinical placement for those seeking treatment. Stephanie Fultz worked at The Ranch when it first opened its doors in 1999. From there she worked in various roles with Onsite Workshops, Integrative Life Center and Cumberland Heights where she helped to develop the children's program. Honoring her passion for working with people, Stephanie pursued a career in marketing outreach.  Each day is a new day to create an opportunity and Stephanie enjoys helping people create and discover theirs.
 
Glenda Murray, MA
Therapist, The Oaks at La Paloma
 
Glenda Murray became affiliated with The Oaks at La Paloma and its integrated model of treatment for co-occurring disorders as an intern in 2009 and was hired as a PRN therapist the following year. Glenda earned a Master’s degree in counseling from Harding School of Theology and an undergraduate degree in psychology from Victory University, both located in Memphis, TN. Glenda is dedicated to helping those whose lives are in bondage to addiction and mental health disorders because she knows firsthand the impact of these diseases on individuals and their families. Her primary responsibility as a therapist at The Oaks at La Paloma is to facilitate individual, family and group therapy sessions. She also co-facilitates the Family Weekend Workshop. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities with patients, including her level II training in EMDR and in-depth training on deployment spectrum issues facing military service members and their families, including Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. Prior to joining the The Oaks at La Paloma staff, Glenda worked as a paralegal and then placed her career on hold for motherhood. Originally from Arkansas, she has called Tennessee home for more than two decades. In her downtime, Glenda enjoys time with her family, movies, traveling, reading and serving in her church. Glenda’s spiritual life plays a significant role in her desire to help others.
Caroline D Smith 
Director of Intensive Workshops, Pine Grove
 
Caroline Smith holds a Master of Arts degree in Professional Counseling from Ottawa University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Sexual Addiction Therapist-Supervisor, and a Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist. She is EMDR trained and holds clinical expertise in the areas of trauma resolution, relationship attachment patterns, addiction interaction disorder, and the two most primary process addictions, food and sex.
 
Caroline Smith is the Director of Pine Grove's Intensive Workshops and she works with Pine Grove’s Women’s Center, facilitating the Breaking Free workshop, which is offered to qualifying Women’s Center patients. Additionally, Smith frequently speaks at professional conferences throughout the United States and Internationally. She also had the honor of providing a plenary session during Ireland's first Neuroscience and Addiction Conference. She is a trainer for both European and American professionals seeking Board Registered Interventionist (BRI) credentialing and authored a chapter in the published book, Mending A Shattered Heart: A Guide for Partners of Sex Addicts, 2nd edition.
 
Smith’s theoretical perspective has been heavily influenced by graduate studies examining the influence early childhood experiences have on adult relationship attachment, cognitive processes, affect regulation, spiritual practice, sexual expression and social functioning throughout the lifespan. She is a passionate force in the support of healing, hope and sustainable recovery. Because of her unique therapeutic approach and natural talents, Smith has attracted a national and international clientele.
 
Before joining Pine Grove in 2004, Smith worked at The Meadows Treatment Center as a Family Counselor, Primary Counselor, Survivors Workshop Facilitator, Community Relations Representative, and Special Assistant to the Clinical Director. Within this program, she worked with individuals notable in the field, including Patrick Carnes, John Bradshaw, Claudia Black, Terrance Real and Pia Mellody.
 
Smith then joined the professional clinical staff at Remuda Ranch Treatment Centers for Anorexia and Bulimia in Wickenburg, AZ as a Primary Therapist working exclusively with adolescent females and their families. At Remuda Ranch, Smith specialized in the fields of eating disorders, trauma, and co-morbidity.
 
 
Walter Williams
Executive Director, First Step Recovery and Mid-South Sober Living
Mr. Williams is a native of Memphis, attended the University of Memphis, and his background includes sales and marketing along with 22 years of experience in alcohol and drug treatment; program design, development, and administration.
 
Walter Williams is the Executive Director of First Step Recovery Centers. The program provides Intensive Out-Patient treatment services to Memphis’ indigent and uninsured population. Mr. Williams is also the Executive Director of Mid South Sober Living which provides sober living to adult men and women. Mid South Sober Living currently operates three facilities that house up to 44 individuals. Additionally, he started Memphis Area Prevention Coalition in 2009. In February of 2016 Mr. Williams secured grant funding to purchase a 16,000 sq. ft. building formerly known as Genesis House. This facility will be used to provide housing and treatment services to Shelby County’s three treatment courts, Drug Court, Mental Health Court and Veterans Court. The new facility called Judicare is scheduled to open August 1st 2016.
 
From 1994 to 2009 Mr. Williams was the Executive Director of Synergy Treatment Centers. Synergy is a nonprofit licensed residential alcohol and drug treatment facility in Memphis, Tennessee that serves both men and women. 85% of admissions into the one year treatment program were from the criminal court system as an alternative to incarceration. During Mr. Williams’ tenure as Executive Director at Synergy, the agency was awarded over $10,000,000 in grant funds from local, state, and federal agencies. 
 
2012 to 2014 Co-Founder and served as board member of the Prevention Alliance of Tennessee.
Mr. Williams also served on the Board of Directors of; Memphis Area Addiction Treatment Consortium (MAATC), and served as President of MAATC 2005. 
 
Mr. Williams was the co-founder of Tennessee Association of Addiction and Behavioral Health Services (TAABS).  He has also served on local grant review committees for SAMHSA (Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) CSAT (Center for Substance Abuse Treatment), national review committees in Washington, D.C. as well as City of Memphis, Department of Housing and Community Development and United Way.
 
Mr. Williams published an article titled The Homeless and Sexual Addiction which appeared in Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity, adopted as the Journal of the National Council on Sexual Addiction & Compulsivity, Editor; Patrick J. Carnes, Ph.D.
