Kimberly Kwok is part of 3M’s Data Informatics team, and brings more than over 20 years of experience in healthcare, including strategic and operational consulting for academic medical centers, home health agencies, managed care organizations and pharmaceutical companies. In her work, she has helped establish provider networks and organizations, including governance structure, contracting strategy, and risk-based financial models. In her current role at 3M, Kim advises clients on using data to drive performance improvement and prepare them for the move to value based care.
