Dr. Claudia Black will provide details as to how to identify the factors that place young people with economic and social advantages at high risk for addiction and co-occurring disorders, discuss the dynamics of developmental trauma, and explore the relationship between emotional dysregulation and addictions.
 
Internationally recognized author and trainer Claudia Black, PhD, has devoted her career to serving this population, recognizing that not just blatant traumas, but addressing developmental trauma, is significant in their treatment, as can be addressing factors such as economic privilege.
