Kim is the GVP of Telehealth and Health Technology Strategy at Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH). PSJH telehealth program is one of the largest in the country spanning close to 90 facilities and over 50 regional programs. An integral focus has been on focusing on how both patients and providers access clinical programs and services – by developing Patient & Provider Engagement centers that are powered by a Consumer Engagement Platform (CEP), that creates a high-value healthcare experience for consumers.

Prior to her telehealth role, Kim was the COO for Clinical Program Services at PSJH. In this role, she developed a framework for scaling best practices and developing system-wide Clinical Institutes. She has also held service line roles at Swedish Health System in Seattle, WA and has telehealth experience from Phillips (VISICU).

Kim received Modern Healthcare’s “Up and Comer Award.” She also was chosen as one of the Puget Sound Business Journal's "40 Under 40". Kim earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology – from Colorado State University and a graduate degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) and Certificate in Bio-Informatics from University of Washington.

Her passion is focused on creating innovative solutions to simplify the health care experience for consumers.
