Rachael Britt-McGraw is entering her fifth year seated as the Chief Information Officer for Tennessee Orthopaedic Alliance. In this role, Ms. Britt-McGraw serves as an innovative change agent and thought leader for the sprawling surgical practice with 20 locations and over 100 providers. Believing that IT projects and goals must at all times be aligned with business strategy and articulated to executives in business terms, Ms. Britt-McGraw has over two decades of proven IT and business success across a wide variety of industries.
Among her other accomplishments in the project management, software development, network redesign, and IT turnaround spaces, Ms. Britt-McGraw has designed and overseen the implementation of a robust security infrastructure yielding a superior security posture for her organization. Her current projects are focused on leveraging technology to increase productivity for the surgeons while strengthening security posture.
Ms. Britt-McGraw holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Computer Science - Systems Analysis and Design, and a second BS in Management, both earned from the University of North Carolina at Asheville. She currently resides in the Nashville, TN area, is a member of HIMSS and the Nashville Technology Council, and holds the CHCIO certification from the College of Health Information Management Executives.
