As the Medical Director of Patient Care Pathways at University of Tennessee (UT), Dr. Julia van Zyl is at the epicenter of the organizations’ drive towards becoming an analytics-enabled culture. In this talk Dr. van Zyl will outline UT’s framework for this initiative, including how to identify specific analytics-enabled projects.
