Rob Waggener is a licensed clinical social worker and is distinguished as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Rob has been a leader in the behavioral healthcare field for over 25 years, providing direct care as a therapist and serving in administrative roles both in public and private settings. Rob has focused his leadership with a motto to “Keep Your Idealism Practical,” balancing a passionate desire to serve with being fiscally responsible. Rob is the former Vice President of the Addiction Services Division of Universal Health Services (UHS). Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer for Foundations Recovery Network (FRN), which was acquired by UHS in the fall of 2016. FRN is an integrated treatment, research and education company with four residential facilities and eight outpatient centers across the country.
