What is your organization’s growth strategy? Is it working? In an industry with many unknowns and constant changes to funding, competition, and legislation, it can be hard to fortify a solid growth strategy. This session will explain ways to create a “living” strategic plan that will help you manage and adapt to changes in your organization and the industry. The session will also examine the importance of identifying and developing strategic partnerships to grow your organization’s resources, reach, and response.
